RESERVATION POLICIES
a. The reservation will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
b. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date, a 10% charge will be applied to cover operating expenses.
c. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the service date are non-refundable and will be penalized 100% of the amount of the reservation.
d. No Show” is non-refundable and will be penalized 100% of the amount of the reservation.
